This browse tool allows you see legislation as it has been introduced in Congress. Notice the tracker tool which shows where a bill is currently located. The site is generally updated daily when Congress is session.
GovTrack is a nonpartisan, non-governmental source of legislative history and information. You can search the online site for legislation or browse all the bills currently under consideration. The site also provides estimates of how likely a bill is to make into law.
