On a Mobile Device

You must sign in through the browser on your mobile device before accessing your course in the Rosetta Stone app.

First, download the Rosetta Stone: Learn Languages app in the Apple or Google Play Store. DO NOT launch the app yet.

Next, open the browser on your mobile device and follow the PC/Mac instructions above.  Once you complete the steps and launch the course, select "Open in Rosetta Stone" via the pop-up message.

Note: The Rosetta Stone platform was updated in November 2024.  If you had a previous account, you may need to re-register.  If you downloaded the mobile app for iPhone prior to Fall 2023, you must delete and reinstall the app.  There should be no change for Android users.

If your mobile app account signs you out and you are prompted to select an individual or school account, follow the above steps to sign back in through the browser on your mobile device.  Once you launch, your course will re-load in the app.  Attempting to sign in using a personal or school account will not work.
