Located on the second floor of Charleston's historic Cigar Factory, the Clemson Design Center Library is a focused collection of 3,000+ books, journals, media items, and local history and planning documents supporting Clemson School of Architecture's design and preservation programs in Charleston. Library Specialist Ina Bootle tends the collection, providing onsite circulation, reference, and instruction support services for Clemson Design Center in Charleston (CDC.C) students and faculty. An integral part of the Center's facilities, the CDCL operates as an extension of the Gunnin Architecture Library, demonstrating Clemson Libraries' commitment to the College of Architecture, Arts & Humanities and the School of Architecture's Fluid Campus model.
