Get Books Delivered to CU-ICAR!

Clemson Libraries will deliver materials to AuE students!  Watch the tutorial below to learn how to request items for CU-ICAR delivery; items should arrive in 2 business days.

Please NOTE:  If you're making a request for the FIRST TIME, it would speed things up if you also log into ILLiad and create an account (because interlibrary loan is now processing these requests).  You can also use this account to request items that are not available in the Clemson Libraries catalog.

Campbell Graduate Engineering Center: Follow the concrete ramp to the 2nd floor main lobby and find assistance at the front desk. Save the return postage included with your shipment for when you are ready to return your request.   All shipping is free to you so long as you DO NOT THROW AWAY THE RETURN SLIP!!!!

UPS Package Return Box: Use any local UPS drop-box to return your items. Find the closest one here:  Place the return postage label OVER the old shipping label on the original package and deposit in the package return box.

Get a scanned book chapter, or a book that's not at Clemson

Book chapters available at Clemson in print only can be scanned and emailed to faculty, staff, and students, within 2 business days (articles >75 pages will take longer).  See Scan and Deliver for information on how to submit requests for scans of print materials.

If a book you need is not available at Clemson:

1. Search our FindIt@Clemson tool and select PASCAL Delivers in the drop-down menu to see if the book you want is available at another South Carolina library.   Follow the directions on the PASCAL Delivers website to request the book.  PASCAL Delivers is quicker than requesting books through ILL.

2. If the book is not available through PASCAL Delivers, you may request it through Interlibrary Loan (log into ILLiad) and we'll try to get a copy from a non-SC library.
