You can easily find and access quality Open Educational Resources (OER)as well as DRM-free (unrestricted) e-books that you can request the library purchase to support your course curriculum.
The Faculty Textbook Portal is provided by the Partnership Among South Carolina Academic Libraries (PASCAL) as part of its statewide initiative to reduce the overall cost of higher education for students by promoting the use of quality low-cost and no-cost learning materials.
