"The purpose of Ally Training is to make Clemson University a more welcoming and inclusive place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning [LGBTQ] students, faculty, and staff. Ally Training aims to increase awareness and understanding of LGBTQ issues and to train allies to stand with, and advocate for, LGBTQ people."

"The Inclusion and Equity Committee is one of eight committees within CUSG Senate. In its third year, the Committee leads the Senate in all things diversity, inclusion, and equity, and assists in those matters with Cabinet Committees. Historically, Committee has authored resolutions to rename Tillman Hall and the Calhoun Honors College, called on Clemson Administration to respond to Bias Incidents, and endorsed an LGBTQIA+ Living Learning Community as well as a Women's and Gender Center. This year, the Committee is helping to lead an initiative to enact a CUSG Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Strategic Plan."

"The CUSG LGBTQ+ Engagement Committee was formally recognized in 2017 and is housed within the Student Body President’s cabinet. The committee was founded with three goals: 1) Strengthen the Queer Community, 2) Make Clemson More LGBTQ+ Friendly - Increase Clemson’s Campus Pride Index Score, and 3) Raise Awareness about LGBTQ Issues. All undergraduate students are able to interview for the committee at the beginning of each semester. Historically, the committee has worked toward the inclusion of gender identity in the campus non-discrimination policy, crafted and arts and literature publication, hosted queer trivia nights, and brought organizations like AID Upstate to campus to provide free rapid HIV/STI testing. This year the committee is even more ambitious; projects include crafting an LGBTQ+ student resource guide, hosting Lunch and Learn sessions, participating in planning for Lavender Hall, and completing a campus climate survey."

"The purpose of the Clemson LGBTQ+ Alumni Council shall be to establish and maintain an official affinity group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) alumni, and LGBTQ+ friendly allies who are alumni, under the auspices of the Clemson University Alumni Association."
