Clemson University Libraries continue to seek new opportunities for participation in transformative agreements (also referred to as read and publish agreements).
These licenses provide authors affiliated with Clemson University the option to publish open access (OA) content in gold or hybrid OA journals at no cost. In many models, publishing an OA article comes with a substantial fee, referred to as an Article Processing Charge (APC).
Below is a list of the agreements in which Clemson University is participating along with details about how that specific agreement functions.
