Use of Digital Signage
Cooper Library uses its digital signage:
- to promote events, activities, and announcements pertaining to the library
- to communicate with library community
- to promote events, activities, and announcements from Clemson University officially recognized organizations and departments (The display space on the Wall replaces the former paper banner postings on the railing of the 5th floor.)
Please review the digital signage guidelines before submitting the Digital Signage Reservation Request form online. (Requires a valid Clemson username and password.)
Digital Signage Guidelines
The complete name of the sponsoring organization must be prominently displayed.
Digital signs must pertain to events, activities, and announcements sponsored by Clemson University officially-recognized organizations and departments.
Information on the digital sign must be adequate to advertise for the event. Be sure to include the event name, location, date, and time, as well as any other necessary information (costs, registration locations, etc.).
Font should be easy for viewers to read. (A strong sans serif font is recommended. The digital sign will only be displayed for ~8 seconds at a time; limit the amount of text and make the text as large as possible.)
All submissions must be proofread; any grammar or spelling errors are your responsibility.
No personal messages (Happy Birthday Melanie, etc.)
All digital signage material must be in compliance with University and Student rules and will be displayed at the discretion of Clemson Libraries.
